This is the single most important thing to read correctly on a report. A search with nothing under it has not been checked — it does not mean Apple returns nothing, and it absolutely does not mean the phrase is wide open.
We look phrases up on a rolling schedule, and anything new to us joins the front of that queue the moment your report names it. Reload in a minute or two and it will usually have filled in.
Absence is only meaningful when we know we looked, so we mark those two states separately rather than showing you an empty table and letting you draw the flattering conclusion.
